1. What you are buying
Mori's core features — recording, calendar, estimates, insights, export, reminders and deletion — are free and work fully offline, with no account. The only paid product is the one-time cloud sync unlock: it enables the optional encrypted sync described in the Privacy Policy. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it never blocks local features.
2. License key
After purchase you receive a license key by email. A key can be redeemed by one account only (your own or a gift recipient's). Redeeming it on a new device with the same account is not a new activation — your entitlement travels with the account.
3. Refunds
Unredeemed orders are refundable; the key is voided after a refund. Once a key has been redeemed by any account (your own or a gift recipient), the order is no longer refundable, because the entitlement has been used.
4. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed through a card network, we likewise disable the key and every entitlement it created. Disabling only affects cloud sync — local records and predictions always remain available, and cloud ciphertext is kept until the account deletes it.
5. Health disclaimer
Mori is a health management and self-understanding tool, not a diagnostic, treatment, contraceptive guarantee or emergency medical service. All figures for periods, ovulation windows and ovulation days are estimates based on your own records and cannot replace professional medical advice. If symptoms are severe, persistent or worrying, please consult a healthcare professional.
